BACOLOD City – The Kentucky Fried Chicken, most commonly known as KFC, yesterday opened it 200th store in the country along Lacson Street here, fronting the Capitol Lagoon.
According to Chacha Juinio, general manager of KFC, the branch in Lacson Street is the first “standing store” they established in the Visayas and Mindanao areas.
KFC-Lacson, Juinio said, is third KFC branch here.
The other two are in Robinson’s Place and SM Mall.
KFC decided to put up a branch in Lacson Street, Juinio said, since the other two branches have been doing well.
The 24/7 store hours, delivery service and the drive thru — these are all what makes KFC’s 200th store unique, said Juinio.
The following services are not available in the other branches here because they are located in the malls, Juinio said.
During the opening, the company held a motorcade and distributed giveaways to the branch’s first 100 customers.
KFC, tested for its best-tasting fried chicken and gravy, assures its customers of quality service and products.
The food chain was earlier inaugurated by Mayor Evelio Leonardia./PN
